REFLECTION ON PROJECT
I learned so much from this project. I learned the real time commitment needed to develop patterns which are between twenty to forty hours per pattern. I have learned to take criticism and ask for advice when other opinions are needed. I learned this especially when I was trying to develop a free pattern. My two originally patterns I tried to develop my advisers said they were too good to give away for free. I have become a faster at sewing. I have learned that it takes longer than two months to make any real money on Etsy. I have learned about myself and how I can tackle many problems as they come my way.

No one can do a project alone. I have wonderful Husband and partner who supports and advises me. I have great little children who keep me grounded and are understanding when mom spends time sewing. My parents not only raised me but my mother and made every one of my patterns before I copyrighted them I also want to thank the EDGE program and Southern Utah University for giving me the push to do the project. I always thought about doing this but the EDGE program gave me the push.
